By accessing or using the OMEGATEL website (the “Site”) and any services provided through the Site (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Services.
1.1 Account: Your personal or business profile created to access and manage the Services.
1.2 Customer/You: Any individual or entity using the Services.
1.3 Services: All offerings of OMEGATEL, including but not limited to mobile data connectivity via SIM/eSIM, data plan provisioning, data brokerage and negotiation services for enterprises, and any tools or dashboards related to data usage.
1.4 Data Plan: A purchased allocation of mobile data which enables connectivity in one or more destinations.
1.5 Business Customer: Any corporate entity entering into a commercial relationship for enterprise or volume Services.
3.1 Global Data Connectivity: OMEGATEL provides mobile data-only connectivity across more than 200 countries and territories through a single SIM or eSIM, on hundreds of partner networks.
3.2 Activation: Once you purchase a Data Plan, you will receive instructions to activate your SIM or eSIM according to the plan you ordered.
3.3 Enterprise Services: For business clients, OMEGATEL may provide bespoke data brokerage services, negotiating data plans and connectivity solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
3.4 Compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your device supports SIM/eSIM technology. OMEGATEL does not guarantee that all devices or carriers will be compatible or perform optimally.
6.1 Data Plans are offered on a prepaid or postpaid basis as specified at the time of purchase.
6.2 You are responsible for all data usage under your Account.
6.3 OMEGATEL reserves the right to implement fair usage limits, suspend, or restrict Services if usage patterns threaten network integrity, violate carrier agreements, or significantly exceed normal consumption.
6.4 Network performance (including speed and coverage) depends on third-party carriers and infrastructure; no uninterrupted service is guaranteed.
8.1 Service begins upon activation of the SIM/eSIM or as otherwise specified in your order details.
8.2 Data Plans remain valid for the specified period or until your purchased data is exhausted.
8.3 Renewal is optional and may be automatic only if you opt into auto-renewal at the time of purchase.
11.1 All intellectual property rights in the Services, the Site, software, content, logos, and related materials remain the property of OMEGATEL or its licensors.
11.2 Your use of the Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive license solely to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
12.1 The OMEGATEL Privacy Policy governs how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed.
12.2 By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.1 Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” OMEGATEL makes no warranties of uninterrupted service, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.
13.2 OMEGATEL disclaims all express or implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14.1 To the maximum extent allowed by law, neither OMEGATEL nor Fenchell Capital LTD (nor their affiliates or partners) shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services.
14.2 OMEGATEL’s total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OMEGATEL, Fenchell Capital LTD and their directors, officers, employees, and agents against all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of any applicable law.
OMEGATEL may modify these Terms at any time. We will post updates on the Site. Continued use of the Services after updates signifies acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fenchell Capital LTD is incorporated. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction.

No service support requests shall be accepted via email or other channels.
